* End of season presentation to be held at Westwood on Sunday the 6th of July.
* All players receive a trophy. Please check the spellings of all your players on the system as they are the spelling we will use.
* 3 awards per team. Coaches to choose what these awards are given for Egypt, coaches player, parents player, most improved, etc.
* Please submit the names for your awards to Paul ASAP. The deadline is the 23rd of May. Sooner, the better, though, please.
* We will not supply more than 3 awards for fairness. We also ask that coaches do not add to the awards themselves, as previously we had an instance when 2 players in a team did not receive a special award. It's unfair.
* Well done to Jordan Longstaff and his team for winning the league 👏🏻
* Well done, Maizie and her team for being promoted to a higher division and for winning the final yesterday 👏🏻
* Well done to Stu and his team for reaching the semi-finals 👏🏻
* Well done to Matt and his open age team for reaching the final, which will be played on Thursday the 15th of May👏🏻 Our girls will be mascots on the day.
* Matt's open age team will be moving into the Yorkshire league next season and are expected to be put in a high up division 👍🏻
* Fines have been better. Please remember to complete the app on time as that's where the fines are being generated.
* Tournament, no 11v11 games to be played in June. So the format will be 10v10.
* Dariusz has a list!!!!
* If coaches would like an input on how teams in your age group are split into divisions, please speak to Dariusz. He will then send you the list of the teams entered so you can see/sort who plays who.
* We will be using the tournify app. Dariusz is already on with putting in all the details.
* Dariusz will be sending out the tournament rules to all the clubs that have entered.
* Some rules are being looked into as to whether we will only accept registered players so that cards can be shown upon registration. We are trying our very best to make it fair for all and avoid any form of cheating.
* The uptake for volunteers has been poor.
* Paul to speak to BBEC to ask if they have an external speaker system.
* Thank you to the ones who turned up to see Andy off.
* Welcome to Dariusz and Anna, who will be taking over as treasures. We are just awaiting the sign over of names at the bank. So, for now, please direct your money enquiries to Andy.
* Sarah will be leaving at the end of the season. I will take over the welfare role.
* We need an U7s coach for next season.
* We need an U13s coach for next season and some U13 players.
* Thank you all for all your hard work this season. Being a coach is a thankless task. So, thank you, we appreciate everything you do for the players and the club.
* AOB, a dedicated fixture rep, was asked about for league officials/refs to attend games. That's me. If you ever need one, just drop me a message, and I will try my best to sort it out. The more notice I have, the more chance I have.
* Mike said he would do the ref course.
* An increase in subs was mentioned for parents of U12s and up to cover referee costs. We won't increase subs for certain groups, but we will discuss subs and whether they need to be increased or stay the same for everyone.
* Reduced/wavered subs for coaches will be discussed.
* A 4G pitch to be used all year round. We will speak to Dixons as it was mentioned that they may have one.
* Overseas tournaments, any coach can enter their team into an overseas tournament, but the funds must be raised by yourselves and the appropriate travel insurance in place x

* Welcome to Ryan, who will be helping Chris with the U7s girls.
* Our U7s yellows coach Micheal will sadly be leaving us in July to move back to his hometown. Thank you for all your hard work, Michael. You will be missed. Please keep in touch.
* Ben will take over as the U7s yellows coach.
* Liam is stepping down as the U8s Blues coach at the end of the season.. As of last night, there was some uncertainty around who would take the team. Thankfully, Mark will step in as a coach and continue with his team.
* The final dates for indoor training are as follows....
* Grange 26th of March
* Dixons 2nd of April
* BBEC 31st of March
* We need trustees... Matt Till, Wayne Broxholme, and Mike Smith volunteered. (Disclaimer, Matt didn't actually volunteer. I volunteered him and quickly wrote his name down before he could say no)
* Presentation day will be held at Westwood on Sunday the 6th of July. Same format as last year.
* The tournament will be held at BBEC on the 28th and 29th of June.
* The tournify app will be used to help it run smoothly.
* Cut off for teams to enter is the 31st of May.
* We currently have around 70 teams entered.
* A meeting to be arranged after the 31st of May with coaches to help sort teams into groups of ability to make it fair for all.
* Our tournament clashes with another girls' tournament. We will look at arranging a separate girls' tournament at Westwood.
* We need more volunteers for reffing, gate duty, food and drink tents, litter picking, putting up nets, and taking them down. If we can't get enough volunteers, we can't run the tournament. ( I will share the link to volunteer)
* Paul spoke about the charity commission. We have to minute why we are holding money and what it is being held for. An example of the open age teams was used. The open age teams tend to lose the club money. They do not pay monthly subs like the Juniors do. However, they do incur costs, unlike the Juniors. Ie, ref payments. Kit washing. Also, the juniors ramp up far more fines than the open age. There was talk/bants/jokes/mickey taking around the subject of this loss of money. We choose to take a small loss to keep our open age teams. A lot of our junior players go on and have gone on to play in the open age teams. We have a 2-star accreditation because we have open age teams. We are not willing to lose that star nor our teams and players.
* Andy Radcliffe will sadly be leaving us in April, Dariusz and Anna will take over as treasurer.
* The club is growing, and we fully intend on growing it further. Therefore I had a meeting with teamfeepay. They are a company that create a portal specific to our club to make the payment of subs easier to manage. This does come at a cost that we do not want to put onto our parents, nor can we afford to pay through the club. There is a way to use our charity status to cover the cost that we will look into. Change will happen in the near future, whether it be with teamfeepay or a similar company. When this change happens, everyone will be fully trained on any new system, so dont worry. Change is always daunting but will be beneficial in the long run for all concerned.
* AOB - Mark Stevens wanted to know where his team will be playing next season.
* Woodside/Westwood - please respect the equipment and keep the containers tidy ready for the next coach to use. Thankyou.
* Woodside - toilet facilities. There is none. Strawberries nursery was mentioned about them opening for their facilities to be used and maybe put on a tuck shop?
* Westwood - Maizies team is currently playing at Woodside. Is Westwood ready to be marked up for her team to return and play there?
* Do the coaches who's teams play at Westwood have a key to open up the clubhouse?
